5. Experience Requirements
We require at least 2–3 years of design experience, whether freelance or with a firm. All qualified professionals—individuals or studios—are welcome.
6. Studio or Individual?
Whether you’re a solo creative, a boutique studio, or a multi-city firm, Resync Spaces welcomes your partnership as a Resyncpreneur.
7. Active Cities
Our Repreneur network is live in major metro cities including Indore,Bhopal,Nagpur, Guwahati, Nashik,Goa and Pune —with expansion plans underway.
8. Application Process and Interview
The onboarding includes:
- Standardized online test
- Face-to-face interview
The goal is to understand your fit and alignment with our services and quality standards.
9. Mandatory Training
All Resyncpreneurs undergo training to:
- Learn our processes and brand guidelines
- Become proficient with our ResyncSpaces design & management platform
10. Your Point of Contact
Once onboard, you’ll be assigned a Resync community manager for support, coordination, feedback, and escalations.

11. Project Leads
There’s no set limit. Your community manager assigns new leads as your active pipeline grows—so you can pitch at your capacity.
12. Lead Qualification
All leads are filtered by:
- Location
- Budget fit
- Project type
So you only connect with genuine, relevant opportunities.
13. Simultaneous Projects
You decide your workload. Many Resyncpreneurs manage up to 6 active projects at once, spanning pitching, designing, and execution stages.

Use our proprietary, cloud-based platform to:
- Design presentations & layouts
- Track project milestones
- Manage orders and timeline
- Collaborate and communicate with clients and team members
15. Product Catalog
Gain exclusive access to ResyncSpaces’ curated catalog of furniture, fixtures, décor, fittings, appliances, and more—richly stocked to elevate your design offerings.
16. Design Centers
You are welcome to meet clients at our dedicated Design Centers across our operating cities—ideal for conversions and presentations.

Our team assists you in:
- Visualising modular designs
- Verifying technical layouts
- Managing product selection and options
18. Commission & Incentives
Your earnings include:
- Fixed component – for time and effort
- Variable component – based on client satisfaction and project value
Deliver smoothly, delight clients, and your commission goes up!
19. Payments & Payouts
Commissions are disbursed via NEFT:
- By the 10th of the following month after client payment
- Inclusive of all earned incentives
20. Ratings & Earnings
Higher ratings translate to better earnings and more priority in lead allocation. Design excellence matters.

21. Supervision Expectations
- Attend scheduled site-visits
- Optional daily supervision is not required—but possible
- You may appoint your supervisor or opt for a Resync supervisor (additional charge)
- On-site performance is audited by us for quality control
22. Contractor Onboarding
You can recommend contractors, pending certification of:
- Quality
- Compliance with our policies
Upon vetting, we’ll add them to our trusted service roster.
