The warranty offerings by Resync Spaces are as follows:

3. Additional Warranty Terms

A. Civil Works & Woodwork

  • Warranted for 1 year from handover covering workmanship and structural integrity.

B. Services

  • Warranty coverage applies up to 1 years depending on the service agreement.

4. Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Natural wear and tear
  • Misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • External damage (fire, water, natural disasters)
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Third-party products not supplied by Resync Spaces
  • Failure to follow care and maintenance guidelines

5. Warranty Claims Procedure

  2. Our team will inspect the issue.
  3. Based on inspection, we will repair, replace, or provide a suitable remedy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to repair or replacement. No indirect or consequential damages will be covered.


7. Force Majeure

Resync Spaces is not liable for failures or delays due to events beyond control such as natural disasters or governmental actions.
