Cancellation, Refund & Replacement Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

A. Cancellation Before Design & Site Measurement Stage (Up to 7 Days Prior)

  • You may cancel your project or service booking any time up to 7 days before the scheduled design consultation or site measurement appointment without penalty.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] or by calling +91-860-296-0015.
  • Upon confirmation of cancellation within this period, any advance payments made will be fully refundable, minus any non-recoverable third-party charges (if applicable).

B. Cancellation Within 7 Days of Design & Site Measurement Stage

  • If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the scheduled design or site measurement appointment, a cancellation fee of 10% of the project design fee will apply to cover preparatory costs.
  • Advance payments will be adjusted accordingly, with the balance refunded if any.
  • Cancellation after commencement of design or site measurement services will be subject to charges for work completed, as per the scope of services delivered.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • For cancellations beyond the allowable period, refunds may be partial or withheld, depending on work progress and costs incurred.
  • Any non-refundable third-party vendor fees already incurred on your behalf (e.g., material bookings, external consultants) will be deducted from refundable amounts.

3. Replacement & Rescheduling Policy

  • You may request to reschedule your design consultation or site measurement appointment up to 48 hours prior without penalty, subject to availability.
  • Replacement of booked services or product orders is subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.
  • Customized or made-to-order products are non-replaceable unless proven defective upon delivery.
  • For returned products eligible for replacement due to manufacturing defects, please refer to our Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy.
